Currently, the company has fully implemented an ERP-based automated production management system, enabling data-driven monitoring and process optimization—from raw material receiving and production stages all the way through to shipment—thereby enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring consistent quality control.
In terms of equipment, the factory is equipped with a high-speed laminating machine that features precise adhesion capabilities and an automatic alignment system, making it ideal for multi-layer paper lamination needs. This ensures superior product flatness and bonding stability, and the machine is widely used in the production of various product lines, including grey board, art cardstock, and packaging substrates.
To further enhance the physical performance and moisture stability of cardboard, the laminating line is equipped with an independent Drying Unit that automatically adjusts drying zones and air velocity based on the specific material being processed. This ensures uniform drying, effectively controls the moisture content, and prevents issues such as wrinkling, warping, or inconsistent strength in the cardboard—thereby improving its suitability for downstream processes like embossing, hot foil stamping, and box assembly.
The overall process planning also takes into account paper thickness uniformity (Caliper Control) and lamination tension control (Tension Management), complemented by regular online inspections and sampling tests to ensure that every batch of shipped products meets the customer’s requirements for stiffness, flatness, and printability.
